A scroll air compressor is described as a scroll pump or a scroll vacuum cleaner pump.The design of rotary scroll head creates a continuous compressed air delivery during multiple stages and there is no need oil for lubrication during compression.
A scroll air compressed system runs much quieter and more efficiently than the reciprocating oil free air compressor since there are just 2 moving components in the scroll head – a fixed scroll and an orbital scroll.
Less moving components make the scroll air compressor more energy saving, more reliable running, and less mechanical failure during running. Compared to a rotary screw air compressor, a scroll air compressor is with less vibritions and much less noise.
