Technical Characteristic:
The power system of this equipment is directly driven by Diesel Engine.
The compressor increases the pressure of air from low pressure to the required high pressure through one stage compression. it transforms the rotary motion of crankshaft into reciprocating linear motion of piston through crankshaft, piston and connecting rod mechanism.
The volume which is composed of cylinder and piston changes periodically under the action of piston, so that the air in the cylinder can continuously complete the process of suction, compression, discharge and expansion, and the pressure can be increased through one stage compression.
The diesel high pressure booster compressor is driven directly by the reducer and shaft coupling. The whole system is installed on a skid-mounted base, it has the advantages of light weight, high automation, complete protection, safety and reliability.

Smart air controller:
A touch screen for controlling and displaying compressor parameters is integrated on the electrical cabinet, and a diesel engine monitor is installed next to it. The monitor can start the diesel engine, adjust the speed of the diesel engine at any time, and display the relevant parameters of the diesel engine from time to time. The user can also maintain the diesel engine according to the relevant parameters in the engine maintenance information column on the monitor.
